Job description
As an International Accountmanager, you will work in the sales department, where you will learn all the ins and outs of HEC-Holland through a thorough onboarding program. During this program, you will rotate through all departments to gain a understanding of the company structure, product range, and market. Ultimately, you will be responsible for independently maintaining and further expanding the client base. In the role of International Accountmanager, you act as an advisor to clients, actively contributing ideas regarding the solutions that can be offered. You will work closely within a close-knit team consisting of account managers, internal sales, product development, marketing, and supply chain, among others, to achieve company objectives together.

HEC-Holland is a specialized distributor of raw materials and semi-finished products for the production of on- and offshore cable systems, mainly within Europe. As a production employee, you play an important role in our production process. You start with tasks such as preparing, loading, unloading and booking shipments. In the long term, you will develop into an all-round specialist who can handle various cutting machines, for cutting mainly our polyester and aluminum tapes. You will support your colleagues in the cutting activities. You contribute to improving and optimizing our business processes and work closely together in a small, close-knit team.

The organization
HEC-Holland is a leading supplier of raw materials for the cable industry in Europe. Our products are processed in the production of energy and data cables. LEH is a sister company of HEC-Holland with a branch in Tilburg, which functions as a logistics and production center. Shipments arrive here, are stored and sent back to the customer. In addition to storage, wide mother rolls are cut to size in the production hall according to the customer’s needs. Due to the increasing demand for our cable tapes, we will be expanding our team in the coming years. Cooperation, fun, accuracy and a safe working environment are our top priorities.
