Nice to meet you Stijn Bazuin
Today we are introducing our colleague Stijn Bazuin. Hi Stijn, can you tell our readeres more about yourself?
Hi, I am Stijn Bazuin, 28 years old and i live in Nijmegen. Since 2,5 years I am working with HEC as an account manager. Within my role, i mainly focus on customers in Southern Europe and the United Kingdom.
I really enjoy building strong relationships with our business partners. For me, working in sales is not simply about selling a product. Instead, it is about understanding what a customer needs and finding the right solution for their specific situation. That personal approach is one of the things I value most about working at HEC-Holland.
From a natural drive to career
My passion for my job started actually at a very young age. I always enjoyed meeting new people, making friends and helping others. Even today, that same motivation plays an important role in my work. I am satisfied when our business partners get the most suitable material for their production process delivered to them in time.
During my study Commercial Economics at the University of applied Sciences in Nijmegen I learned to convert my natural drive to make people happy to my employment. This drive is the reason why I chose to work for HEC. I feel that my way of work directly aligns with the vision of HEC, to build long term durable relationships rather than only transactional relationships.
Next to my job my hobbies are playing field hockey and have some drinks and food with my friends. I live together with my girlfriend, with whom I am together now for almost 8 years.
